Matthew Alfonso Pavlacka, 25, of Eastchester was taken from us too soon on September 22, 2016. Beloved son of Anthony and Diann Pavlacka. Dear brother of Anthony (Tiarah) Pavlacka, Jr. Cherished grandson of Gene Yazzetti, and nephew of Eric (Autumn) Pavlacka and Pete (Deanna) Pavlacka. Also survived by many cousins.
Matthew courageously battled Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy for many years. He was a graduate of Eastchester High School, an avid video gamer, and lover of horror movies.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Sunday 4-8pm. Prayer service at 7pm. Cremation will be private.
