Armondo F. Petruccelli, 88, of Scarsdale died on September 28, 2015. Beloved husband of Linda Muller Petruccelli. Loving father of Frank (Maureen), John, and Raymond Petruccelli. Cherished grandfather of Brianna, Samantha, and Derek Petruccelli. Dear brother of Rudolph (Francesca) Petruccelli, Elma (Martin) Capriotti, and the late Vincent (Elizabeth) Petruccelli. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Armondo was born on September 23, 1927 in Eastchester to the late Francesco and Antonetta DiNardo Petruccelli. He served in the US Army from 1946-48. He worked as an underwriting manager for IRM Insurance Co. for 41 years. He was past commander and present treasurer of the American Legion, LeRoy Gregory Post 979. He was a member of the Scarsdale Elks Lodge 2056.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Friday, October 2, 2015, 4 -8PM. Funeral Mass, Saturday October 3, 2015 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale. Interment to follow at Kensico Cemetery.
