I was so sorry to hear of Connie's death. I first met Connie many years ago when I started doing legal work for NHPCO, and she was one of very few lawyers who knew hospice law. I learned a lot from Connie and always looked forward to seeing her at NHPCO meetings, and I knew I could always call on her to talk through a tough legal issue. She was such fun and so full of life. She'll be greatly missed. My condolences to you and the rest of her family.

My heartfelt sympathy to you, Raymond, and to all of Connie's family. I was privileged to work with Connie, & very blessed to be called her friend. She was my champion! I will always "Hold for Hope." Connie has been embraced by the Lord & now rests peacefully-her spirit shall always remain with us here on earth! There will be smiles through all the tears as we think of our dear Connie.

Condolence: Connie was such a wonderful, smart and funny person. I will always feel blessed to have known her, learned from her, listened to her, talked about hospice work with her, read the articles she recommended, made a point of going to see her speak at our hospice conferences. She had so much to share. While I've known her from afar for years, I got the chance to work closely with her, and she made me feel like I was one of her friends, and even, that I knew what I was doing in our work together! I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling Raymond, Connie has been such a gift to the world, and she accomplished so much in her life, even though it was cut short. I feel the pain of never being able to ask her questions, or call her up and pick her amazing brain. I hope you feel nothing but pride, to have shared great lives together, and created so many good memories. My sincerest condolences. We have lost a true gem.
