Thomas G. Damiano, 81, of died on September 14, 2016. Beloved husband of Mary Anne. Loving father of Laura (Joseph) Spagnolo, Dana (Timothy) Damiano-Murphy, and Tonia Damiano. Cherished grandfather of Joseph Thomas Spagnolo. Dear brother of the late Flamey Damiano, survived by his sister in law Egla Damiano. Also loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Thomas was born on January 3, 1935 in Avellino, Italy to the late Elviro and Marianna Damiano. After graduating from City College of New York, he earned his License as a Professional Engineer and founded his own firm in 1972.
He had a passion for problem solving, fixing and improving anything he encountered, including the lives of those around him. He loved spending time with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. He will be remembered for his easy-going approach to life, kindness and endless generosity.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, EASTCHESTER Sunday September 18th 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, TUCKAHOE, Monday September 19th at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Ferncliff Mausoleum.
