Obituary for Peter A. DeCaro

Peter A. DeCaro, 91, originally from Brooklyn, NY and a longtime resident of Eastchester died on October 11, 2016. He was born on January 16, 1925 to the late Salvatore and Elvira DeCaro. He was retired from Loral Electronics, where he worked on the instrumentation parts used in military fighter jets. Peter proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He is survived by his children Peter DeCaro (Maryanne) and Elvira DeCaro, grandchildren, Zachary and Andrew Dean, April and Sarah DeCaro. Along with his parents Peter was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary DeCaro, and two brothers, Louis and Salvatore DeCaro. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Friday, October 14, 2016 from 2- 4 and 7- 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 15, 2016 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale.
