Pat was always a true friend. I remember a story about Pat and my mother, Josephine Volpe..my mother lived upstairs and I said to her "Pat sent up a dish for you" My mother replied, " I don't want it because Pat cooks with no salt, I replied, Mom, you shouldn't have salt. She ended up eating the dish Pat will be greatly missed. May the saints and angels escort her into paradise.. Rest in peace, dear friend
